What is the dezign master class
- The Dezign Master Class is a holistic program that will cover a range of topics. This initiative will eventually evolve into a Dezign School, a comprehensive institution dedicated to nurturing creative talent and fostering a community of innovative designers.
- Our inaugural MasterClass series, launching in March 2025, "Unlocking Your Potential: Elevate Your Design," is a seasonal program designed to empower creatives, designers, and aspiring designers. This event serves as a foundation for our ongoing series, where we will share our personal journeys, experiences, and insights on discovering purpose, starting a business, and sustaining it.
- As the class progresses, our discussions will extend beyond design, exploring the intersection of life, passion, and entrepreneurship. We will delve into the essentials of starting a business while fostering a supportive community that encourages growth, creativity, and self-discovery.
- Our mission is to equip the next generation of innovative designers with the skills and passion to make a positive impact. We are committed to shaping the future of our industry.
About us
Interior Designers Lillian Kiwanuka and Natasha Rubadiri, both leaders and trailblazers in the design industry, bring experience from the corporate world. Both studied finance, and their paths converged in event design.
They have since evolved into interior design, where they have discovered their shared passion.

- Lillian comes from a multifaceted career with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting and Interior Design, as well as a background in project management. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Natasha is a Certified Interior Designer, organizing specialist, Pastor, and a John Maxwell-certified leadership coach, trainer, and speaker.
With over 20 years of experience both internationally and locally, they have gained a wealth of knowledge, corporate exposure, and creativity. They are now committed to passing this expertise on to the next generation.

Jonathan Nsubuga is a practising architect and interior designer trained in the UK at the architectural association in London.
He has worked alongside two Pritzker award-winning architects, Zaha Hadid and Francis Kere.
He has over 30 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects.
He has executed a variety of projects in hospitality, health, commercial, institutional, public art, heritage projects, and urban planning.
He is passionate about design and is a keen artist and music performer and producer.,
